Rose Spirit 50ml – This rose essence/cake decorators alchohol has many uses. It can be used to mix with your lustre powders to create your own lustre paint.
When painting sugar flowers and decorations with liquid food colour a little rose spirit should be added. This allows the food colour to dry quickly without ruining your sugar decoration.
Once you have created your fondant covered cake and decorations, simply brush over some of the rose spirit. It will help clean off cornflour or some of the unwanted marks left from creating your design.
