|Celebrating Events and Entertainment will endeavor to meet all your requirements with product availability and service, however if a product within your order is unavailable a substitute product will replace the product equal to or of greater value, however if there is no product available to replace the original the amount will be refunded to you and the order will be sent out
If however you have made payment via Paypal, the amount paid for a product which is not available will be refunded to you.
Due to the high demand of online shopping, there may be times that a product will appear in stock as the system may take 1 – 2 days to update stock availability. Occasionally the products viewed on the website may vary to the image due to newly updated product ranges.
Please note: An online order can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the time the order was placed (time on the order confirmation) – this is only acceptable if the order has not yet been packed and despatched. If the order has been packed and should you wish to cancel the order after we have tried to offer you an alternative, there will be 20% re-stock charge excluding the delivery fee.
The customer is liable for items selected and purchased during an online order. If you require any changes please email firstname.lastname@example.org, if the order has not yet been despatched the staff with change the order and amend the price. Once and parcel has been despatched we do not refund or exchange.
- Occasionally we may need to charge a higher postage amount due to the total weight of your items, bulkiness of items or other reasons. When reviewing your order, should additional charges need to be added we will contact you immediately. If our attempt to contact you is unsuccessful additional postage will be charged to get the order out on time.
- Note: LARGER AMOUNTS OF BULK LOLLIES, LARGER 15KG CAKE MIXES, Pinata’s, 30 metre plastic table cloth rolls, Satin Ice Fondants consisting of 10kg and 5kg, and Bakels 7kg delivered outside of Sydney will incur an additional postage fee. This will be calculated after an order has been placed depending on Shipping Address.
- Once the order has been confirmed, packed and payment has been cleared into our account, your order will be dispatched.
Celebrating offers customers a flat postage and handling fee of just $14.95 regular post (including GST) per delivery to any location in Australia. However, please note that some parcels may incur additional costs due to the weight and size; if this is the case you will be contacted immediately and advised of extra shipping costs.
- An express post service is offered to all customers at $16.95 per order. Just tick the box.
In the event that product is returned to us and a refund is issued, we will need to hold 20% of that total order excluding delivery for stock to be re-shelved.
- EXPRESS ORDERS FOR WESTERN AUSTRALIA – If you do not fall within the Express Network for Australia Post, the parcel may take up to 5 – 6 business days even if it is express post. Please see below express post network table for WESTERN AUSTRALIA:
